this is one of the few pet supplier with a wide range of very good quality cat food. there was a big delay on one of the products I had ordered, the pet express were good at informing me of the delay and also great at refunding the one product that they were having trouble with the supplier. What would be better is if they had told me what it was upfront. Once I wrote to them, they came back to me really promptly and processed the order

Have bought this cat litter for many years, as it is made from recycled paper and can also be recycled in our paper waste bin (minus pooh and wee!!!) and collected for recycling.
