After Charlie contacted us promptly which we appreciated and we reselected Dark grey from those colours available in stock. The delivery was almost on time but came without a free teaser ball as ordered. Considering we settled for a colour we did not want, we were disappointed by the response.

Product as described and received in good condition
We feed a number of stray cats, two in particular seek shelter in the bad weather in our porch. We have one external wooden cat house and they will sit in the roof in the summer but they don't really like it. I purchased one of these to see if they would prefer it. They did! One went straight in and leter the other squeezed in with him. It was a very tight fit so the next day I ordered another one. We now have two VERY happy cats.

My dogs have eaten this with no problem. I add a little home made broth to it as they’ve been used to a home made diet and the feed is slightly dry. But so far so good. No upset tummy’s, or wind and they seem to be just as healthy as before. In fact I think one of my dogs has lost a little weight too!

My sbt loves her grub! I couldn’t recommend this food enough, between her coat, breath and no stinky farts! It’s an all round good feed for her!
