A fabulous product, but slightly smaller than expected, probably should have measured to ensure my big fat ginger Tom had room, although he seems quite happy to be able to shelter from the rain if he gets caught outside. A great sturdy house that will not rot and is easy to clean. Extra warmth with the fitted mattress, but if your handy with a sewing machine you could knock your own up.
