Really good service - I made my order on a Monday and it arrived on Wednesday. Although there was one missing item, my email was answered quickly and they sent the missing Canagan dog mixer that arrived the next day. I did read some negative reviews about pet express but I have been thoroughly impressed with this company and I will order again . They even managed to send me an 8metre flexi dog lead that everyone eowr including Amazon failed to do, I have been constantly sent a 5 metre lead in the hope that I would keep it. I have a beautiful Petite Basset Griffon Vendeen that likes her space to wander who cannot be let off her lead. Well done Pet Express I am well impressed!!
