Easy straight forward purchase procedure.
Ordered over the difficult period after Christmas. The order was on time and i was kept up to date with status. Need not have worried at all. Well Done and Thank You. Our Dog appreciated free gift as well!
Ginger has Yora insect dry food and I wanted to alternate. So still trialling. He doesn't eat much dry but it's put down as an option.
Finally, hoping Ginger will enjoy this brand
So far, so good, in finding food that cat is not allergic to.
Allergic to chicken. Noted by supplier and sent a cute toy in place of chicken treats.
Fast and efficient
Very speedy delivery and item all ready for use. Just teaching my cats how to use the cat flap as they are not used to one before I put it in position outside. Great service and product. Faultless

Unable to find my cat's usual litter at our regular petstore, I went online and found Pet Express stocked the only litter my fussy cat will use. The website was easy to use and the service was excellent. I had expected delays in delivery due to Christmas strike action, but the order arrived on time with regular updates. I would certainly use Pet Express again.
How lovely to find a gift for my cat enclosed with my order . Thank you.
