All good in every way
The Felipure is great and my cat Blackee enjoys using it, but unfortunately Blackee is my big male cat who goes out and Ginny is my small female cat who says home and will not use the tray with any litter so far. I got the Felipure for Ginny but unfortunately she is not enticed by it. And Blackee will use any litter, so I will stick to my regular clumping unscented litter. I unfortunately had to send 3 bags back as there was no point in keeping the litter for Blackee, who occasionally uses a tray.
I rang Customer Services a couple of times and each time they polite and helpful, in particular when I asked about returning 3 bags of Felipure (18Kg) and how to send them back for a refund. I explained my cat Ginny was not using the litter. So I kept the one I opened and sent the rest back. They even explained how to send them back through Royal Mail and tracked. As soon as The Pet Express received the parcel they processed my refund. Thank you so much for the swift delivery and making things easy to return the Felipure.
Smells lovely, but after washing cat urine off carpet and drying off as much as I could, using this did not get rid of the smell, but it does work on other carpet areas that are not damp. I use this after I have cleaned up Ginny's poo.
The Urine Destroyer smells lovely but did not help the cat's pee situation on hall carpet. I have a cat that was initially not looked after properly and then taken in by an neighbour for several years, then abandoned when the neighbour left the house. So I took Ginny in July 2023. She will not use her tray. She did when she first came to me, but the tray was really old so I got a new one. She has not used a tray since. So I emptied her replacement tray of the previous unused litter, washed it with the urine Destroyer and put in some fresh litter Felipure. She continues to pee and poo right beside the tray, not in it. I dosed the carpet area as the instructions say. Unfortunately it seeped through to the underlay and has driven the smell into the carpet. I have had to cut out the underlay and washed the carpet again. But the smell of urine is still very strong. So I feel if too much Urine Destroyer is put on the carpet it does not work. It is probably is good for tiles, which are on the other side of the tray.

I look after an elderly outdoor cat. For years he's slept under the bushes and more recently in a plastic see-through crate. This recent terrible weather has meant he's regularly bedraggled. I bought the Katden hoping he would take to it. My concern was he can only see out of the front of it whereas he's used to seeing all around him. I needn't have worried. He went straight in and sits comfortably looking straight out. I think he feels very safe in it. It is well-made and sturdy. I'm sure it will stay in position during windy weather. A great purchase - I just wish I'd bought it sooner!

Read v carefully as I orderedKatDen lining and door. BUT did not see the drop down for firing of door. I could not do this and only suggestion was £19.99 to send it back. I had to take it to a good friend of mine who fitted it…half of the door is only required and the other half is used for a an internal/external house door. Took him a little while to get used to shoulder butting the magnetic door as it is quite strong. Good waterproof.
