Our hardy Ragdoll, Dilys, sits under a hedge in all weathers, and often comes in freezing cold and/or soaking. So, I thought this would provide her with good shelter while outdoors watching the birds. She got in to try it out as soon as it was unboxed, but it will be wrapped for Christmas.
I'm always a bit wary of ordering from a company for the first time. However, Pet Express was the only one offering well made cat dens made of durable materials for such good prices. I was not disappointed and delivery was incredibly fast. I'll be back!
This was my cat's Christmas present and he has moved in straight away. The shelter turned up within about 24hrs of me ordering it. The couriers were great and the shelter itself is strong and just as described.

The cat shelter and insulated liner arrived very quickly and I was able to track the delivery and it came on time
I got the cat shelter with the full insulated liner for a feral cat in my garden that I feed. He's very wild and fearful and won't come near me so I was worried about him being out in the cold. At first he wasn't using it so I replaced just the cushion base of the insulation liner with a very thick layer of straw which was recommended online as a good material for keeping them warm and dry if it's damp outside. He is now using it with the straw bedding and I can tell he's more rested when he comes out stretching when I open the back door. I have checked the shelter and added more straw and he's made a cosy nest in there because the straw is padded down and it's stayed very dry even though we've had a lot of heavy rain. Hopefully I can get his trust and persuade him to be friendly and domesticated.
We have a stray Cat that stays outdoors in our garden. This KatDen is perfect for the winter months to protect him from the weather. The padding is great, it keeps him warm and cosy. We got the door also but haven't fitted it yet as we're letting him get used to his new living quarters before we introduce the door- so I can't comment just yet on fiting it. I can't recommend the KatDen enough, I was sceptical at first but trusted other reviews and just gave it a go- glad I did because the cat I purchased it for, loves it- he prefers to stay in it for most of the day. He is kept warm, dry and cosy. Maybe it could be a touch bigger as he is a large long haired tom cat but he seems happy.

I ordered the outdoor cat shelter for a feral cat that I feed hoping to provide a shelter for him. Unfortunately he hasn’t used it yet but the service was tip top. I rang them immediately after ordering to find they were already getting the item ready. To query whether the door would be attached which it wasn’t but they rectified that and attached it for me.

Cosy little shelter for my neighbours cats who can’t get in their home. Seems to keep dry inside with the overhang and the self heating pad is good.
Had this bed before and it lasted over 6 years so had to buy the same one again really made well my dog loves it highly recommended.
