Fabulous service. I realsied too late that the delivery time was after my dog's birthday. So I called Pet Express to see if they could help. They shipped this amazing Nerf ball gun next day delivery at their expense to make sure it arrived in time.
This is the best dog toy I've ever bought. My lab hardly ever barks and he literally squeels with excitment when ever this comes out. He will sit for ages in front of the cupboard where we store it to tell us he wants to play. Pet Express were amazing. This was a birthday present for my dog and so they shipped it next day delivery at their expense to ensure it reached us in time. What fantastic customer service.
