I value reading reviews as they can steer me towards or from a product. Honestly I'm the type of person who will always pay more for a quality product and this is exactly as described and does exactly what it claims. It has enabled me to help a poor little stray cat that needs some level of shelter in this winter weather. I very nearly bought a wooden insulated cat box but many reviews mentioned rot. This box is made out of recycled plastic and will be used for many years without perishing. We bought the cat flap (which is installed easily using 4 small screws). The cat liner is not totally washable or a finished product I would say as the one side of the padding is not wrapped in material so I'm not sure you'd be able to put that part in a washing machine. The mattress is washable being finished well. The free toy unfortunately isn't good quality which is a shame as the gesture from the company is a bonus but the toy honestly isn't great. A little cat nip mouse would have been better! I received the wrong cat box initially and missing 4 additional items. However it was sorted with no fuss immediately by the company and a next day delivery and pick up of the unwanted item was arranged. I don't feel I can reduce the star rating as honestly it is exactly what we wanted and the company swiftly corrected the mix up with the order. I hope this review helps!
