Item arrived in good condition as ordered
Items arrived within 48 hours of order. Courier left both items on my doorstep despite getting no answer, as I was not home at the time of the delivery. Did not check to see if one of my neighbours would take it in but left it in full view of everyone passing by. Luckily a neighbour saw the packages on the doorstep and took it in until I got home.
I have now signed up for a subscription, it was so easy. The product always arrives when expected and is great quality. I get no mess with this brand, unlike other brands I have tried.

I would buy more products from Pet Express
The scratching post is tall and sturdy and very good quality. Most importantly - and unlike a lot of the scratching posts for sale - the sisal is good quality and tough. Lovely plush base and stylish to look at. My cats love it!
We have always used this for our cat. But it doesn't clump so may not suit everyone. We change it weekly for our one cat.
Cat litter is essential for my indoor cat. Bio Catolet is certainly the best, no dust like catsan. Pet Express delivery is good. Only observation is the shipping charge which relates to the weight of the order, can they increase the limit please.

Not expensive. Tasty enough for dogs to eat happily but not so tasty that it gets wolfed down and they over eat. Highly recommended.
Less expensive than many low calories options and my dogs think it tastes good which surprised me!
