The stray cat which I feed but which is nervous, so you cannot touch him, has moved into his new "house" right away. I am pleased he is now warm and dry. The Cat Kennel is heavy, so as not to blow over in high wind, strong and good proportions. The liner is snug and goes all round the inside of the kennel, roof as well. The cat is happier and less nervous now he has a defined "home" outside my back door. I can line up his feeding bowls outside, so he has his "area". Thank you for this very good product.
Bought this to replace the KatKabin cat kennel I purchased only a few months before, but due to it leaking badly even though it’s meant to be weatherproof, I decided on this Mr Snugs one instead. So glad I did because it’s perfect!! Took my cat all of under a minute to jump right in and fall asleep! Can’t rate it highly enough!! Came with cat flap and mattress already installed so literally took it out of the box and put it straight outside! Only wish i’d found this sooner! Every cat needs one!!

I ordered a rabbit starter pack for my daughter & her 1st rabbit, I didn't have a clue what to buy so came across the pet express via a Google search & saw the starter pack at a very reasonable price. I ordered just after midday & received the next day! Very pleased with my purchase, my daughter's rabbit is also very happy. Everything is of very good quality, I thought being a starter pack everything would be small packets etc but i was wrong 6 days in, we have loads left we know it will go far.
