I declined the offer of a Mega Ball so cannot comment on that particular item, however the 5 stars have been given because The Pet Express team very kindly replaced the Mega Ball with a different item for my dog, which wasn't at all expected so was a great surprise and appreciated by both myself and the intended recipient - thank you.
Realise it's not the most exciting purchase, however it is just exactly what was needed. It has been "re-homed" within it's cover and "the big dog" finds it very comfortable. He also loved the complimentary gift - thank you.

Our cat is just over a year old now and having kept him indoors for a few months when we first got him he was very keen to get out and explore the outdoors. Having read the reviews i opted for this item. We are absolutely over the moon with it.
