Solid material. I purchaded it for a stray cat to use it come winter. I thought it came with a cat flap door but not one with this Kat Den. Did write to Pet Express but not heard.

The cat litter is really good value - forget the small overpriced supermarket bags - this product ticks all the boxes. My cat is mostly indoors and all odours are well masked with the product itself having a pleasing smell.
