Had great difficulty getting the dog food I required, found it at Pet Express , from start to finish you communicated with us at every stage and when it had been despatched you handed over the communication to the delivery company who informed us when delivery would be , it arrived 4 days after ordering . Hi all I live in Ireland and purchased this KatDen The Pet Express. Charlie was so helpful I would rate their customer service as 5 stars. Charlie assisted me with postage etc and we brilliant. The KatDen its self is great really well made its perfect size. I got the liner and mattress and I'm very happy with this also the liner is over an inch thick and the mattress is dreamy so thick and warm. Little cat loves it too a great buy all round :-)
