Very smooth transaction and excellent communication from courier re delivery
One of my cats enjoys spending a lot of time outside. He absolutely loves his new den and spends hours in there sheltering from the elements. I am happy in the knowledge that he's not getting cold or wet when the weather changes.
I've been feeding Canagan to my 10 year old Labrador for 4 months now with excellent results but my previous Suppliers took up to a week to deliver. Your speedy delivery works much better for me and hopefully will continue to do so. Very happy.

My only comment was the payment security so high, that the online purchasing wouldn't allow a different invoice / delivery address.

The kennel took longer to arrive than stated, but it did have to come from Devon, but other than that, all was fine with the ordering and delivery.
Haven't tried it out yet, but I am sure our stray cat will find it amusing.
I should have bought it at the same time as the Katden and saved myself some money.It fits inside very well,and the cat likes to spend time inside it, so it does keep him warm and dry.I can see how it would get dirty quickly, but he was sleeping under a bush, so I don't think he will care! Looks wise it could have been finished better on the top, but it does the job very well.
