We ordered dog food for the first time in March 2020. There was a slight delay in delivery because of high demand during the Covid 19 lockdown but the sales team kept us informed throughout and the delivery driver was very helpful and understanding of our special needs as we are retired and were in isolation to avoid infection. Well done!
Been using this product for a good while now and find it excellent, with low tracking and good odour suppression. Nice to know it is a recycled product which will bio-degrade too.
A great website, and I love the periodic re-order feature which I used to ensure a regular supply. I was having trouble getting this from my usual supplier but am very happy to switch, given the fair pricing and product range. There was a small delay due to availability, but communications were good and I am very satisfied.
