My order of Denes dog food was delivered as expected, from ordering through to despatch and delivery. Prior to delivery, I received regular updates from Pet Express to let me know progress. its great to have the large products delivered to my door as I do not have a car, it would be nice if a text was sent on the day the delivery is due, but I have a great delivery man who knows to put my delivery direct into my garage, the site is easy to use and prices and variety gives great choice for your pets needs
