Delivery was quick and price was competitive.
Haven't used this in the dark yet but we know it glows as we took it into a dark room. It is quite lightweight which is good as our dog runs along holding it by the string. Most of her other ones beat her around the head and being so heavy it is a bit worrying (no sense no feeling), this one hits her less hard and she enjoys running after it.
Products arrive in good time and they seem like a really good company. I haven't had to contact them personally since everything I have ordered have been delivered in a short period of time and have been well packaged.
Friendly, reliable, easy to deal with
The products arrived fairly promptly and as described.
Our dog needed a way to slow down her eating. This product is perfect and does exactly that. Very easy to wash too.
Replacing an old KONG. Just what we needed.

My dogs breeder recommended natures way so I've continued with it as my dogs love it and they seem to be thriving on it. Also prompt service and speedy delivery are appreciated.

This is a very well made, safe toy for a cat. My 2 year old Siamese certainly thinks it's great.

Products as expected but very slow delivery - needed reminders to despatch order. Unlikely to reorder due to running out of food because of delay.
