We received these quite quickly but on opening one of the boxes we discovered three of the trays were damaged in transit. I contacted the company & they immediately dealt with the concern, I sent them photos to prove it then they sent out replacements really quickly. This though makes me feel that the trays are not as strong as ones we've had in the past so will have to be more careful with them. They are a decent size though!
My cays love this dry food, they've had this make since they were kittens. Especially as they have very long fur.

It’s the perfect basic diet for my pet hamsters. I attend shows with my hamsters and they do very well. I supplement this mix with cereal, vegetables, fruit and protein for a great varied diet. But it could be fed on its own. My babies grow big and fat when they are weaned onto this dry mix. I really recommend it.

Changed food for my dogs, they are Labradors so of course they aren't too choosy, nevertheless they seem to enjoy it and only time will tell if they do well on it.
