I'm always a bit wary of ordering from a company for the first time. However, Pet Express was the only one offering well made cat dens made of durable materials for such good prices. I was not disappointed and delivery was incredibly fast. I'll be back!
Great service received from PE. The cat kennel was received promptly and well packaged. It was purchased for a stray cat who prefers to stay outdoors. She loves it and looks snug and warm on soft bedding placed inside it and is well protected from the elements.
Ordered the item online and immediately afterwards I wanted to ask a question about the door, was it fitted or not. It wasn’t but they fitted it for me there and then . Delivery was a couple of days later. First class service

I ordered the outdoor cat shelter for a feral cat that I feed hoping to provide a shelter for him. Unfortunately he hasn’t used it yet but the service was tip top. I rang them immediately after ordering to find they were already getting the item ready. To query whether the door would be attached which it wasn’t but they rectified that and attached it for me.
Cosy little shelter for my neighbours cats who can’t get in their home. Seems to keep dry inside with the overhang and the self heating pad is good.
Had this bed before and it lasted over 6 years so had to buy the same one again really made well my dog loves it highly recommended.
