I rang Customer Services a couple of times and each time they polite and helpful, in particular when I asked about returning 3 bags of Felipure (18Kg) and how to send them back for a refund. I explained my cat Ginny was not using the litter. So I kept the one I opened and sent the rest back. They even explained how to send them back through Royal Mail and tracked. As soon as The Pet Express received the parcel they processed my refund. Thank you so much for the swift delivery and making things easy to return the Felipure.
My dog loves this food
I look after an elderly outdoor cat. For years he's slept under the bushes and more recently in a plastic see-through crate. This recent terrible weather has meant he's regularly bedraggled. I bought the Katden hoping he would take to it. My concern was he can only see out of the front of it whereas he's used to seeing all around him. I needn't have worried. He went straight in and sits comfortably looking straight out. I think he feels very safe in it. It is well-made and sturdy. I'm sure it will stay in position during windy weather. A great purchase - I just wish I'd bought it sooner!

I oeder from pet express as i dont drive, it is so helpfull that i can order bulky heavy items ro be delivrred to my door, cat litter, hay bales and shavings, the fact the delivery is free if you spend a certain amount makes it even better, the delivery drivers are always friendly and most helpful

Ordered the crate set on the evening of 19/01 was delivered on the afternoon of 21/01 - absolutely thrilled with the product and delivery times - there were significant savings on the item too - which was the icing on the cake !!

Items delivered on time though one squeaky ball did not make it through the journey. Maybe the courier gave the bag too many squeezes. Squeaky balls themselves were pitifully poor with a very short shelf life, but that’s a separate story on the products themselves not the shopping experience.
