My cats missed it if ran out. Ordered on 18th Dec, somehow delayed and we reordered and then both arrived in 2 days. The only issue was late despatch

The website is easy to navigate, the delivery was delayed, but this was well communicated.

Sent what they had and then followed on with some late arrivals for free the next week after some disruption with severe snow and storms. Great service.

As usual the delivery arrived as promised in plenty of time and my dog just loves it

Ordered a few different canagan tins for my cat as she loves the food (plus it’s really good food! Looks like actual meat rather than just mushed stuff). Unfortunately a couple of the flavours were initially out of stock - rather than just being cancelled or left off the order I received a phone call (from KH) asking if I would rather wait for them to be ordered in (delaying my order by a day or two) or would I prefer them to be subbed for a different tin. I was happy for them to be swapped out and whoever was dealing with my order made sure they picked other flavours from what I had ordered already to avoid any allergies/preferences, then I received it the next day! Absolutely fantastic service and would 100% recommend. Thanks from me and Nala (the cat!) - the soups were a big hit too!

I bought this coat for my shepherd pup who's growing extremely fast. He's averaging at a jacket every ten days. I was extremely pleased to find the sizes come in 2 cm or 1 inch increments , ( perfect for any dog to get a good fit )excellent for getting a fit on a fast growing dog. I was very pleased with the speedy dispatch and delivery and the quality of the coat is excellent especially for the cost. I'd highly recommend this jacket to anyone . I'll be using you guys for the foreseeable until my boys fully grown . Great shop, great coat great price. Would highly recommend

Good communication and prompt delivery. These dog beds are exceptionally hard wearing and well made. I have 2 now, one upstairs and one down. My dog sleeps well in them. The designs are lovely.
