And you can protect both your four-legged friend and your home from any harm. DogSpace Bonnie is an extra tall pet gate especially suitable for medium-sized to large breeds.

DogSpace gates are a premium quality product. Made in Denmark they are heavy duty and extremely strong. They are made to EU standards which are some of the highest in the world and you can be confident that unlike cheaper alternatives, they will not break after a short period of time.

Made using materials that are approved by the EU for human consumption - so you can relax that there are no nasty chemicals that your dog might accidentally ingest through chewing and licking.

No need for screws or holes in your door frame or wall. DogSpace Bonnie is mounted with pressure fit. This also makes it easy to demount the pet gate again and bring it with you on trips along with your four-legged family member. This pet gate opens both ways and you can easily open it with just one hand (but not with paws). An indicator tells you exactly when the pet gate is correctly installed for maximum safety. DogSpace Bonnie fits into openings between 73.5-79.6 cm/28.9-31.3 inches. You can add up to 6 extensions to the same gate which makes it possible to fit it into openings as wide as 119.3 cm/46.9 inches. If you use more than 2 extensions wall cups are needed for a safe and secure installation.

FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £59*

**For orders over £59 where the total order weight is greater than 25kg, the delivery for the first 25kg will be free and then we will charge £3.00 per 15kg after that. Large items can incur a charge depending on the volume of the item.

 

Central London Delivery

Depending on order weight, a small number of postcodes such as E1, EC1, SE1 and SW1 may be charged slightly differently to the above rules.

 

Large and Extra Heavy Item Delivery

If your order weight is over 25kg then it may be split into multiple consignments to ensure your safety and increase the ease of handling. We will endeavour to ensure both consignments arrive at the same time however due to decisions by our courier this may not always be possible.

Unfortunately, due to costs imposed on us from our courier, some large items will have a surcharge applied to them. This charge will appear in your cart when you checkout.

 

Live food Delivery

Live food delivery starts at £4.49 and we use a fully tracked next day service for this.

 

Frozen Food Delivery

Please see above for information about delivery days, times and rates. In certain circumstances orders may be delayed without prior notification. On occasions couriers may deliver your parcel at 48 hours, not 24 hours. These circumstances are out of our control therefore we do not guarantee a next day delivery service. We do not track orders so will not be able to notify you of courier delays. We will not replace or refund orders that have been rejected by the customer at 48 hours due to courier delays. Our boxes do keep everything frozen for 48 hours.

We will not replace/refund goods which have thawed upon an unsuccessful delivery due to no one being home to receive goods.

Orders placed after Thursdays 12.30pm will not be dispatched until Monday. Please note this will extend your delivery time.

You will receive an email from us the day before delivery notifying dispatch, please ensure you are home for the delivery, if you are going to be out, please get in touch to arrange a more suitable day.

 

International Delivery

Please note international delivery is temporarily unavailable.

Please note certain large and fragile products are excluded from international delivery. If your order is over 30kg, please checkout as normal and you will have the option to request a shipping quote from us. Delivery time to the following locations is 2 working days. Delivery will be automatically calculated during checkout, or visit our delivery page for a full list of international delivery rates.

 

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all items within the allocated dispatch times (Same day/24 hour/48 hour dispatch). Please note if your order contains multiple items, the order dispatch time will be from the item with the longest dispatch time to ensure you receive your whole order in a single delivery.

We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched.

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day. We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email.


Delivery notifications & tracking

We will email you when your order is dispatched by us and if you provide a mobile number when you checkout our courier will email you on the day of delivery with a delivery slot.

In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers.

We have teamed up with DHL to provide our customers with the best delivery service possible which is both fast and flexible.

If we miss you on the first delivery attempt, we will try again the next working day. Alternatively, you can visit DHL and easily re-arrange your delivery to something which suits you better! You can choose from the following options:

  • Request a different delivery day

Returns

Here at The Pet Express we want you to enjoy every time you shop with us. Occasionally we know you may want to return items, we have tried to make our terms as clear as possible to avoid any nasty surprises.

  • Products can be returned up to 14 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Any free gifts must be returned with your order or we withhold the right to deduct the RRP value of the free gift from your refund.
  • We are unable to accept part used returns of food, engraved ID tags, damaged products (unless delivered damaged) or veterinary medicines.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us, unless they arrive damaged, faulty or the incorrect item is delivered.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition and the cost of collection or return will remain at your charge. 
  • We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us.
  • Medicines: We regret that we cannot, by law, accept returns of any medication including all flea treatments and wormers. If you return a medicine to us all we can do is dispose of it for you as it cannot be resold.
