You are welcome to visit any of our shops and/or order any item online for collection at our shops.
At Checkout just state that you are intending to collect the goods when you checkout.
This will void all delivery charges. Then just bring your email invoice along with you - and some ID with your address on - to collect your goods.
If you live near to any of the shops (within 20 miles) we can also arrange for free delivery of items in excess of £20.
At Checkout just enter your postcode and your delivery will be recalculated.
If you have spent £20 or more and your postcode does not give a free delivery (and you feel you are within 20 miles of one of our stores)
state you will collect the item and then in the extra information state that you live within 20 miles of one of our stores.
You can also email or contact the shops directly to check on Stock,
to check prices or to ask for pet advice. Many of our shops also sell pets and you can interact with them while you are there.
