Containing vitamins and minerals that are essential to a dogs general health, this tasty dish will leave their coat feeling conditioned and shiny, made from locally farmed ingredients that are completely free from artificial preservatives. It is a 100% natural recipe, made with free run chicken, eggs and wild caught flounder that is extremely fresh. Low in carbohydrates, this means your dogs weight will be easier to control in order to prevent obesity and diabetes.

Unfortunately, due to costs imposed on us from our courier, some large items will have a surcharge applied to them. This charge will appear in your cart when you checkout.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all items within the allocated dispatch times (Same day/24 hour/48 hour dispatch). Please note if your order contains multiple items, the order dispatch time will be from the item with the longest dispatch time to ensure you receive your whole order in a single delivery. All of our products state how long the dispatch time will be for that product before you add to the cart. All orders are sent using a next working day delivery service. You should receive your item from 1 - 2 working days after dispatch. Bulky items may incur an extra 24hr delay.

We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched.

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day. We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email.

Delivery notifications

We will email you when your order is dispatched by us and our courier will email you on the day of delivery with a 1-hour delivery slot.

If you provide a mobile number when you checkout, our courier will also send an SMS message on the day of delivery with a 1-hour delivery slot.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the DPD website

We have teamed up with DPD to provide our customers with the best delivery service possible which is both fast and flexible.

If we miss you on the first delivery attempt, we will try again the next working day. Alternatively, you can visit DPD.co.uk and easily re-arrange your delivery to something which suits you better! You can choose from the following options:

  • Collect from depot
  • Leave in a safe place
  • Leave with a neighbour
  • Request a different delivery day

Free delivery for local postcodes

If you live within five miles of any of our Plymouth, Paignton, Torquay or Exeter shops listed you can get FREE delivery on orders over £20. The delivery cost will automatically be removed as soon as you enter your shipping address during the checkout. Click here to see full addresses.

Returns

Here at The Pet Express we want you to enjoy every time you shop with us. Occasionally we know you may want to return items, we have tried to make our terms as clear as possible to avoid any nasty surprises.

  • Products can be returned up to 14 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Any free gifts must be returned with your order or we withhold the right to deduct the RRP value of the free gift from your refund.
  • We are unable to accept part used returns of food, engraved ID tags, damaged products (unless delivered damaged) or veterinary medicines.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us, unless they arrive damaged, faulty or the incorrect item is delivered.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition and the cost of collection or return will remain at your charge. 
  • We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us.
  • Medicines: We regret that we cannot, by law, accept returns of any medication including all flea treatments and wormers. If you return a medicine to us all we can do is dispose of it for you as it cannot be resold.
