INGREDIENTS: Rice, turkey meat meal, oats, potato protein, turkey gravy, whole 
linseed, turkey fat, alfalfa, natural seaweed, sodium chloride, calcium carbonate,
D,L-methionine, lysine hydrochloride, threonine, zinc methionate.

CONTAINS: Min. 26% turkey, min. 26% rice, min.15% oats.

TYPICAL ANALYSIS: Protein 30%, Oil 15%, Fibre 3%, Ash 7.5%, Vitamin A 10,000 i.u./kg.
Vitamin D3 1,500 i.u./kg. Vitamin E (Alpha-tocopherol acetate) 150 mg/kg. Copper 
(cupric sulphate) 13 mg/kg. With antioxidants: natural vitamin E and vitamin C.

How to feed:
The recommended daily serving is only a guide as requirements vary considerably from
dog to dog. Feed in one meal per day, or ideally divide into two meals using one
third in the morning and two thirds in the evening. Turkey & Rice Kibble can be fed 
wet or dry.

Always supply plenty of clean fresh drinking water at all times.

When switching from canned food, mix into the Turkey & Rice Kibble a small amount
of the usual canned food, reducing that amount to nothing within 7 days. Since the
food contains no soya, it does not swell up when wetted inside your dog's stomach,
unlike many other dry foods. For better dental and oral hygiene, either feed dry or
wet without leaving the food to soak. For more tender teeth or gums, soak the kibble
until soft before feeding.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all items within the allocated dispatch times (Same day/24 hour/48 hour dispatch). Please note if your order contains multiple items, the order dispatch time will be from the item with the longest dispatch time to ensure you receive your whole order in a single delivery. All of our products state how long the dispatch time will be for that product before you add to the cart. All orders are sent using a next working day delivery service. You should receive your item from 1 - 2 working days after dispatch. Bulky items may incur an extra 24hr delay.

We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched.

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day. We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email.

Returns

Here at The Pet Express we want you to enjoy every time you shop with us. Occasionally we know you may want to return items, we have tried to make our terms as clear as possible to avoid any nasty surprises.

  • Products can be returned up to 14 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Any free gifts must be returned with your order or we withhold the right to deduct the RRP value of the free gift from your refund.
  • We are unable to accept part used returns of food, engraved ID tags, damaged products (unless delivered damaged) or veterinary medicines.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us, unless they arrive damaged, faulty or the incorrect item is delivered.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition and the cost of collection or return will remain at your charge. 
  • We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us.
  • Medicines: We regret that we cannot, by law, accept returns of any medication including all flea treatments and wormers. If you return a medicine to us all we can do is dispose of it for you as it cannot be resold.
