With a meat and vegetable content that is split right down the middle, 50% of Acana Lamb & Okanagan Apple Dry Dog Food is comprised of animal ingredients including meat, liver, tripe and cartilage, whilst the other half is made up of botanical ingredients such as lentils, apples, peas, ginger root, and peppermint.

Free from grain, potato, and tapioca, this hypoallergenic dog food has been put together using a Biologically Appropriate recipe that is completely free from fast carbohydrates like corn and rice, vegetable proteins (which are all but useless to dogs), and artificial colours, flavourings, and preservatives; which have been shown to encourage hyperactivity in animals.

Every ingredient used to create Acana Lamb & Okanagan Apple dog food comes from an ethically sustainable source and to ensure that your dog's meals are as full of natural goodness as possible absolutely no GMO ingredient are included. What's more, thanks to the inclusion of ingredients like chicory root, this delicious dry dog food will support your pet's digestive tract and reduce the likelihood of their stomachs feeling upset after a meal.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 12:30pm on the same day. Orders placed after 12:30pm will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders are sent using a next working day delivery service. You should receive your item from 1 - 2 working days after ordering.

We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched.

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day. We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email.

Delivery notifications

We will email you when your order is dispatched by us and our courier will email you on the day of delivery with a 1-hour delivery slot.

Returns

Here at The Pet Express we want you to enjoy every time you shop with us. Occasionally we know you may want to return items, we have tried to make our terms as clear as possible to avoid any nasty surprises.

  • Products can be returned up to 14 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Any free gifts must be returned with your order or we withhold the right to deduct the RRP value of the free gift from your refund.
  • We are unable to accept part used returns of food, engraved ID tags, damaged products (unless delivered damaged) or veterinary medicines.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us, unless they arrive damaged, faulty or the incorrect item is delivered.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition and the cost of collection or return will remain at your charge. 
  • We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us.
  • Medicines: We regret that we cannot, by law, accept returns of any medication including all flea treatments and wormers. If you return a medicine to us all we can do is dispose of it for you as it cannot be resold.
